Unlike other ABA programs, which may only assess a child’s developmental progress at monthly or semi-annually intervals, we track development on a daily basis. This allows us to make immediate adjustments and tailor the program to each child’s learning style.
We also provide our treatment in a group setting. Combining individual and group learning opportunities across treatment sessions allows us to address the core deficits of ASD (i.e., social-communication impairments and repetitive behaviors). By providing children with practical social skills and interactions that are missing from many entirely home-based treatments, we see skills that are taught at JumpStart Autism Center are quickly generalized to other settings. Our small groups learning environments of one to five children provide necessary social interaction while still maintaining the right staff-to-child ratio for personalized attention.
JumpStart Autism Center is committed to helping children with autism and their families. To learn more about our program or to enroll your child, please call us today.
